We use this experience to help our clients across the United States, the London market, and Bermuda. Our attorneys have an impressive track record of success, including successfully representing a reinsurer in an arbitration relating to a block of long-term care policies and representing a cedent in a dispute relating to a treaty reinsuring nearly $2 billion in variable annuities. We understand that reinsurance disputes often are best resolved through creative agreements, but when that’s not possible, we have the experience necessary to litigate the dispute before any tribunal.
