We have found that this process ensures our clients receive the highest quality service. Our commitment to success is not limited to our clients; it extends to our employees. We want each employee to thrive in his or her role and career, and we help our employees do this by providing training and learning opportunities so they can grow individually and with our firm.

Our Commitment to Diversity

Diversity is one of our firm’s core values. Our door is open to the highest caliber employees, regardless of race, age, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or any other means of identification. We believe that differences in backgrounds, experiences, cultures, and personal characteristics enhance our workplace environment and improve the quality of our service to our clients. To join our firm in its commitment to success, the only requirements are dedication, an eagerness to learn, and a readiness to take on any challenge.

Pro Bono

As lawyers, we believe it is important to represent the underserved and take on the unpopular matters. Our lawyers have extensive records of providing pro bono service, from representing the plaintiffs who challenged Texas’ same-sex marriage ban in De Leon v. Abbott, to helping victims of domestic abuse escape their abusers and obtain legal citizenship, to drafting wills for the underserved, to forming a 501(c)(3) to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey. We are privileged as attorneys to help the community, and we take that responsibility seriously. We do not cap the amount of pro bono a lawyer can do, and pro bono matters are treated exactly the same as all other matters handled by the firm.
