Our Team

Daniela Armstrong’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business and fiduciary disputes, real estate matters, and other business-related claims. Daniela is a passionate attorney with a strong commitment to understanding her clients’ objectives and developing practical solutions to complex disputes.

Before joining Chasnoff Stribling, Daniela maintained a diverse civil litigation practice. Her experience includes representing clients in commercial and contractual disputes, real property and title matters, fiduciary and probate-related litigation, personal injury claims, and claims arising under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. She has also handled matters involving oil and gas interests and creditor and collection claims.

Daniela earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class and earning membership in the John M. Harlan Society. While in law school, she served as Brief Writer and Oralist for the Moot Court Team. Daniela also served as a Student Attorney with the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice Consumer Protection Clinic, where she represented clients in civil matters, including real estate transactions and eviction proceedings. She later served as a Research and Teaching Assistant with the Consumer Protection Clinic.
